Marketing is a science, an art and a language.

Marketing can be broken down into basic elements which are put into action to achieve outcomes, following a loose set of rules that define how these elements interact and flow from one state of being to another.

Marketing is thus best performed as a system, utilizing regular feedback information gained through experimentation to understand these transitions and the market reality at any point in time. This allows us to navigate a complex and dynamic market, and to iterate and improve over time.

Built on a deep appreciation of beauty, marketing is an art that is made by and for the most subjective of audiences: human beings. Its primary concern is communication in an attempt to reach mutual understanding between people.

The philosophy behind the language of marketing shows us not only how to market most effectively, but also helps us understand how we socialize and build relationships, and how our very minds work.
